What are the payment options?

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
You can use PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to ensure you have a good shopping experience, enjoy the product that you purchased and have value for your money. That is exactly why we want to hear from you first about your purchase experience.

Therefore, if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately so we can resolve whatever concern that you may have. We want you to be happy.

Before we go into the nitty-gritty of returns, we want you to know that we’ re sad that you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and will work with you to make the returns so easy!

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be

  • in the original packaging with tags

  • Unwashed and Unworn,

Note: We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We Do Not Accept Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Note: We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back.

Return Instruction

Please contact us immediately with your request. We will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s).

After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method. It may take between 5 and 10 business days to get your money back- depending on your payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us to be provided with a mailing address and return code.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Order Cancellation 

We try to process orders quickly to ensure items are shipped. Please note that any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations. Orders canceled after it has been processed and shipped will not be refunded because the item cannot be re-routed
